Hello. My name is Adam and I’m originally from Canton, Ohio. I just recently moved to Minneapolis, and I’m currently completing a degree in Global Studies at Northwestern College. From July 2001 to June 2007, I lived in Malaysia and taught English in two different language centers, mostly with teenagers.

I have been working with children is various settings for the last 15 years. That has included summer camps, tutoring children in English and math overseas, and a year at a childcare center.

I enjoy working with children because of their enthusiasm for life and for learning new things. It’s a privilege to be able to assist in their growth and development, and to have an opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives. I’m excited to be part of the Intergenerational Learning Center and look forward to developing relationships with the children, their families, and the staff.
